I'm glad and excited you found me here.
Just a bit about me - I'm Ramona, 36, Mama of a 5 year old girl and a little boy. I'm a qualified fitness trainer for pregnancy & postpartum and currently study to become certified as a nutrition consultant in that field as I love to support women on their journey into motherhood and beyond.
I had my own little studio in London, UK, before moving back to Germany and I'm excited to offer various pre & post-natal classes, courses and workshops in Berlin and online.
